13351 desperately needs more SL & gen at least. Recently saw this train at Katpadi. Felt pity for travellers in Sleeper. 1AC was virtually empty and so was one bogie of 2AC with few passengers only. Maybe ECR should try and do the same as what CR has done for train # 11013 from November. Added few SL coaches and reduced some AC coaches. At least 2 additional Sleeper coaches and one general should be added.
