Maine kab kha ki specifically suryanagri ko he milega. I said pehle aravalli ka number hai fir suryanagri ka hai.
And ap RTI k kisi bhi info (except revenue figures) pe bharosa mat kro, NWR ye info nhi deta na he railway board.....ki konsi train lhb hogi in RTI reply.

Aur ye reply he galat hai Nwr ka "lhb for 12479/80 has not been alloted by RB till date"
2 baar toh allot ho chuke jo dusro trains mei lag chuke nwr vale.

There is no blame on you. I just shared the RTI response got from NWR. I was more curious to know about Suryanagari. Last year NWR has stated in RTI response that the LHB coaches were received & utilised by operations department for other train. (RTI reply attached). I am surprised to see how the NWR is changing the official statement and looks they are in no mood for conversion. RCF has sent 80 LHB coaches recently to them.

The power to give lhb is now confined to zone headquarters. Railway board can do nothing, they can only give orders to coach factories. Don't waste your time in RTI, they never give full info. Just wait and watch untill next 2 3 months 🤘
