can some one explain the wierd behaviour that I observed with 12740 SC-VSKP Garibrath. I am trying to book a ticket with 4 persons for 23rd Nov. When i logged in the morning it said REGRET/WL100. I logged in again the afternoon and the it showed me WL168/98 and when i tried to book, the payment was done twice and the ticket is not booked. After an hr or so it went back to REGRET/WL101. I am not sure how it switches between regret and WL. While the ticket is not getting booked how come it went back to regret?
