I booked a tatkal ticket through the internet for the date 11-11-12 goa express using my pan card as id-proof but now i've lost my pan card and have to board the train on sunday .
I have photocopy of my pan card but i don't know if it is allowed.
I am confused what should i do ?

i feel, photocopy will work if you have given police complaint and you have FIR copy given by them for the lost pan card.

You may file an FIR at a Police Station nearby where your card was lost. The FIR Copy will work as your ID Proof.

Bilkul sahi. Please file a DDR (Daily Diary Report) with local police station and it will serve your purpose of original ID for train journey only.
