Hey, the Senior Deputy Chief Manager from the Department of New Reservation just mentioned that if you want to cancel a Waitlisted Passenger Name Record ticket that you bought at the Passenger Reservation System counter, you gotta travel 50 kilometers on the same day, and that too, before 30 minutes of the train's scheduled departure time (train number 18623). Pretty strict, huh?
