Hey, the Senior Deputy Chief Manager from the Department of New Reservation just mentioned that if you want to cancel a Waitlisted Passenger Name Record ticket that you bought at the Passenger Reservation System counter, you gotta travel 50 kilometers on the same day, and that too, before 30 minutes of the train's scheduled departure time (train number 18623). Pretty strict, huh?

By the way, if you're one of those Indian Railways personnel, you can go talk to the Passenger Name Change counter about it. They might help you out, who knows? :D

Man, they really do hire some crazy people in the East Central Railway and the Department of New Reservation. It's wild!
