This is the result of some Over enthusiastic Registrar attempting to please his "Lordship" and get himself in "good books".
He's actually an Idiot for naming the Pantry manager in the letter, clearly the art of one of the Stooges of Judge as they know protocols regarding such complaints.

Accha hua SECR se pass nhi hue😂, nhi toh 5+ hrs ka delay toh hota hi
This letter is full of colonial hangovers. "His lordship" ?? Is this still British India ?
Also I'm glad a milord faced such a situation because a common citizen faces such situation on almost every rail journey of his/her inspite of repeated complaints no milord has ever thought of interfering in it ever.
Also on a serious note with the kind of corrupt and inefficient judiciary, legislature and bureaucracy we have in the country anyone from either of these areas should refrain from calling themselves lords as such.

Milords should also answer why is there so much delay in justice delivery in the country too.
