Question To Railfans Of Bihar When Lalu Yadav Sir Was CM Of Bihar From 1990 To 1997 And Late Railway Minister How Many Railway Projects Under Lalu Yadav Were Completed As CM Of Bihar And As Railway Minister How Much Railway Development Was Done By Lalu Yadav Sir From 2004 to 2009 Please Reply
Not much idea but I think it was Mr. Lalu, the then RM's idea to bring down criteria of Superfasts to 55 from existing 60. More number of trains got included into the SF category and so people travelling by those trains had to pay more.
