The Railways should increase their workforce and recruit more so that instead of completing a project with a single line,they can undertake a project with the intention of finishing the project with a double line.I have often read that single line tends to add to delays and inefficiency.Unemployment is anyhow an issue in this country and Railways on it's part can help in stemming the crisis by recruiting personnel irrespective of the type of work that is required to be done.I am sure there will be recruitment for all levels.Railways i am sure is trying hard to get things right and since orders come from the Ministry one can understand their frustration...but overall the Railway Ministry can and should do a better job as far as running the ministry is concerned.This will even benefit the Steel and Cement sector as there will be an uptick in the demand for such commodities...
