a part and parcel of a Five Star Hotel, the rates are on higher side. The restaurant is normally open at 12:00 noon. But the staff were too courteous to open the restaurant for these unusual visitors, who had just come to see this grand restaurant. We were pleased to taste the finest coffee there.
