I recently travelled in khurda Vskp section
12845 BBS SMVT Bengaluru SF clocked 130 km/hr in this stretch upto Brahmapur
I observed it at Chilika Railway station but I didn't observed whole complete 130 km/hr run because for some reason ECoR given priority to run Rourkela Gunupur Intercity just ahead of 12845 till Palasa
Later Palasa 12845 run behind Brahmapur VSKP ICE...
