CR had the chance to expand Shivaji nagar, there's an integrated Bus Terminal and Metro Station formed by Maha Metro inaugurated this month. But CR didn't take any interest, now there's no Land or Chance due to NABARD, Sancheti Office, Bank of Maharashtra office and Shivaji nagar Metro Station surrounding it.
Work at Hadapsar is something we are all seeing, Land is expensive due to close proximity to Magapatta and Amanora.
