Why is such a complicated arrangement made for MST holders where C1 (Only Sunday) & C2 (MON-SAT) are earmarked for MST Pass Holders?
They could have used C2 throughout the week for MST. Is there any specific reason behind this or the info updated on IRI is invalid?

I guess it is -
Both C1 and C2 for Mon to Sat and just C1 for Sun

That makes sense but the arrangement updated on IRI seems to be incorrect.
