*sirf stoppages ka dibba. Inka model code of conduct sirf new train ke inauguration pe lagta hai halt dene ke time nhi lagta
KQR halt is a genuine halt but HZD isn't, instead new trains should be given to HZBN !
Yes ECR treats SER trains like that only. The purpose of that halt has most likely more to do with operational reasons (OT etc) rather than for the passengers!
