Parli Vaijnath to Parbhani Jn route is in the Secundarabad Division, but surprisingly, Rail Nilayam didn't even bother to build a loop line on this entire route. The whole route is under the Secundarabad Division, so why can't Rail Nilayam build a loop line here? Whatever funds they get from the Railway Board, 90% of it is used for the development of Guntur, Guntakal, Secundarabad, Vijaywada, and Hyderabad divisions. The Nanded Division is treated like a beggar when it comes to rail development. My only question to the Rail Nilayam officials is, don't you guys have enough funds to build a loop line on the Parbhani-Parli route? Rail development here is nonexistent.

Poora route Secundarabad Division ke andar hone ke baawjood, Rail Nilayam kyun is route par ek loop line nahi bana sakti? Jo bhi Funds Railway Board se SCR ko milte hai, uska 90% Guntur, Guntakal, Secundarabad, Vijaywada, Hyderabad Divisions ke vikas mein istemaal hota hai. Nanded Division train vikas ke mamle mein bhikari ki tarah treat ki jati hai. Meri ek hi sawal hai Rail Nilayam ke adhikariyon se, kya aapke pass Parbhani Parli route par loop lines banane ke liye kafi funds nahi hai? Poora route to Secundarabad Division ke andar hai lekin rail vikas bilkul zero hai.
