Could not understand why kakinada has to come for Kothagudem Orissa Chatisgarh lines. Already the mining area is connected to Visakhapatnam port for 50yrs and the line is being doubled.

For kothagudem if the line to kovur is constructed then Kakinada will be port but not for Malkangiri Orissa or CG. If they want to connect the port they can lay the line directly through EG dt. They need not connect Kothagudem. These lines are mainly to connect interior hinterland areas to mainland.
