Official notification by SER regarding introduction of train no. 18617/18618 Ranchi - New Giridih Express w.e.f. 12.09.2023. On the inaugural day it will run as 03309 New Giridih - Ranchi Special Express on diverted route via BRKA- MURI- TIS avoiding BRKA-MESRA-TIS (original route) with tentative departure ex. New Giridih at 10.00 hrs. Regular service will commence from 13.09.2023 also on diverted route via TIS-MURI- BRKA avoiding TIS-MESRA-BRKA (original route) until further notice.

In 2 hrs I think you can do RNC-BRKA via MURI with an aggressive run...
Slack seems a bit excessive. Now DHN Division better double the MESR-BRKA-KQR line asap as traffic will only increase here....
Honestly I am a bit surprised as places like Kuju and Barhi not being included as halts, imo they are places of such importance that a mail/express could definitely be given a halt there!
