Can anyone give me info I have filed a tdr for my pnr number 6853229618 because the train was delayed by more than three hours but in status it is showing as cr repudiated can anyone say why and how can I claim my refund now please give some info it was an 3rd ac ticket

I am confused "what is actual departure" and "sechdule departure"
Say a Train sechdule departure was 5 PM and it got delayed by 5 hours and suppose to depart at 10PM if not delayed further.
