on the contrary , all rajs shud get wap-5 because wap-5 is a much more stable loco at high speed and allowed to go upto 150 kph whereas p-7 is officially allowed only 130 and it has problems with brake hanger and it is very much prone to failure at high speeds . this is precisely why the link of mumbai raj and ak raj and tvc raj was changed to wap-5 from the earlier wap-7 ,, the other rajdhanis like howrah , sealdah , SBC ,etc should follow suit and be alloted wap-5 instead of wap-7 .
