I want to travel in 3A on 28th Nov 12 from Dhanbad to Delhi. As of now 12301 is having WL around 17 and 12313 have WL 16, which one has better chance of getting confirm. Will it be advisable to book from Howrah and later avail change of boarding station facility, pls suggest. From Howrah WL is around 70
