If second vb has to run, as per the news article, it will have to start in secunderabad in the morning slot and that will clash with sc-tpty vb till gnt.
There is other option slots should be swapped Morning VB from SC should go via KZJ and similarly morning VB from VSKP should go via GNT and 16 car rake should be transferred to SC and 8car should be from VSKP
VSKP-SC via GNT (8 CAR) morning
SC-VSKP via KZJ (16 CAR) morning
no clash from pagidipalli

But the whole idea of the article is based on extra rake at VSKP. So SC maintenance may not be possible. And back to back VB will be a bad decision.
Moreover to start a morning VB from SC in the morning via GNT is also not a good idea as already TPTY VB is available in the morning slot.
Seems all are speculations.

Extra rake is alloted as spare to ECOR SER and ER so may move to HWH. If SC to VSKP or any other destination in Coastal ts it will be via WL cannot clash with TPTY VB in same direction.
