If 4 General Coaches are added to this train,this train will be able to overcome the losses of the AC Empty Coaches,or else in the next year's railway budget Double Decker Concept from Dhanbad should go and in its place a Normal Superfast express should run with 15 Coaches.

Mine was based on one of the blogs. I cant remember which. Another point is if it were technically possible, why has it not been tried till now. Eg why doesn't say Rajdhani have UR or Sleeper? Just something to think about...

after a rigorous search for 37 minutes got the blog by experts...on ac and non ac coaches speed limits...this might be interesting...

so, what i concluded from your blog is that all trains that have UR coaches are "chindi or non-valuable trains" and those trains which run vacant (or even full) but have only ac class as accomodation are "non chindi trains"...please correct me if i am wrong...
I dont know much about the technical part of it, but if you look at the travel time of all trains on the BCT - NDLS route, the top six trains taking the least time (below 17 hours) are all fully AC trains. Of course one could argue that this could be because of higher priority
