Pitlines are required if train need Primary Maintenance (PM) and Watering lines at PF's are required if train need OEM...

lines aren't being constructed at Nellore... Only Passenger Amenities are getting developed as a part of Station Upgradation..

So don't expect some express train to start from Nellore in near future
