Slowed down by 20mins..now arrives MAS at 6:35 instead of 6:15.
Effect of 130kmph upgrade. Instead of decreasing running time or not changing they have increased running time for many trains.
Already explained u should understand. Mission Raftar name given to upgrade speed is to increase running time then decreasing running time. Great going IR.
