Rourkela is a small CDO, cannot demand extension of every train to ROU.

Bhai Sahab yeh sochiye ki kahin VSKP se 18611/12 ke extension ki demand na uth jaye jisse isko 18311/12 ke sath merge karke VSKP - BSBS daily bana diya jaye
Agreed i am with the view that either 18611/12 or 113347/48 Should be extended. In my view it is suitable to extend this one to Raurkela and space that and that space should be given to palamu at Hatia CDO...other good idea should also be implemented if better.
