Agree. But people needed to be get civilized enough so that they don't create such ruckus. Aese rules nhi chal sakte. Harming a public property is an offence but still people do that in the name of many protests......because they don't have any fear of rule of law. And india is a vast country, we can't put surveillance everywhere, people needed to be educated and civilized and disciplined.
