Uska speed up 130 MPS ki wajah se hua tha, not because of VB pressure.
Those days SS used to be at 110 MPS and VB at 130 MPS.
All Shatabdis plying between NDLS and ASR were upgraded to 130 KMPH and speed up of 10-15 minutes was done. Again all have slowed down by 10 minutes in last 12 months, while only 12030 SS has not been slowed down.
