Last year Hajipur se ja rha tha tb waha kaam chl rha tha, talwara ke pass b ho rha tha kaam par bhut slow ho rha hai waha kaam
If some Passenger opts for these classes, then Railways will earn much needed Revenue from the Train. It makes no difference to the Railways if the coach is more than half empty. The rest of passengers pay for the coach, this is much better than keeping the AC coaches empty in the yard.
Remember that All Non AC Coaches earn huge loses as of today and putting, running & maintaining a AC inside the coach is not very expensive today.

Even general coaches are not getting filled, then what's the benefit of adding 3E for 5 hrs journey, these coaches can be utilized In overnight trains
those overnight trains already have thier max no of coaches reached
