www.irctc.co.in is down today for the tatkal tickets.. trying from 9:45 till now... couldn't login to the home page......

according to me makemytrip allow booking from 12 pm in noon time as we all knw that bcz of this IRCTC use less website there are few tkt left in tatkal after 12 pm too........ so with this website we can get confirm bearth or CK wl upto 10................
