On 22/09/2023, I filed an RTI to the Ministry of Railway regarding the targets for commissioning under New Lines, Gauge Conversion, and Doubling for 2023-24 for all Zonal Railways including RITES, IRCON, RVNL etc.

Jt Dir. GS(Civil)-III- Avdhesh Kumar Verma has replied to the attached file but the detailed report is still missing. Anyhow they have responded it half-heartedly.
