All the spls and new trains are adjusted in empty slots of existing paths or trains. So getting a new slot that too in prime time in Kalyan Dadar by CR is not to think of that too for a weekly train operating to smaller towns.
With proper TT , it will be more successful and have end to end passengers, even from Nagarsol can pull the crowd
