What about low patronage & running cost????
Railway should @ least recover running/operational cost, which is quite impossible in non-rushy season!!
Shatabdi isnt like Local/Passenger, which are run as subsidised unit & serve as social obligation, rather than profit makig commodity!!!
PS: IR doesnt run on pride/prestige issue, but P&L Account paramounts!!!!
