My TDR request was cancelled citing NO EDR HAS BEEN FED AGAINST THE PARTICULAR PNR AS PARTY HAS TRAVELLED. However, as the train was more than three hours delayed, I did not take up the journey. Any idea how can I challenge this decision?

I also had similar issue. I escalated to Railway board and raised concern in pgportal as well. Matter was forwarded to secretarial level and eventually got refund.
