I will opine differently here. Instead of running both VB and Tejas from Mumbai., vB can be made 16 Car and run as per existing schedule.
Tejas on other hand can run Triweekly but start from Pune in the mornings to Madgaon via Kalyan. This will be beneficial as Tejas will get Pune Mumbai passengers as well as Pune Goa and last minute Mumbai Goa Passengers too.
