Train is shunted on Delhi Junction Platform at 6 AM only.
Windows are dusty, Seats are Manageable enough. You'd need a Deodrant to be able to enter Washrooms. Saw Purnagiri Jan Shatabdi leaving at 06:30 AM.
At any day you'd find 50+Seats empty in AC Chair Car and 220+ Seats empty in Normal Chair Car. Although you won't find many...

Yep, No problem in paying 224 for 2 hrs, but give the facilities. You can't take the price & then tell the customer that ACs are not working & how come all ACs except one stop working at same time? But surprisingly the ACs in recliner area works..
I'll have a full blown fight if I ever get treated like that. I don't mind paying extra but even after paying extra if service isn't there, then they'll be in big trouble because I'd make it my sincere intent to make them suffer.

I don't think that it is a vindictive behavior. That is a very justified anger and being a lawyer/frequent traveler, I hope you make them regret it!
Train catering and on-boarding services have absolutely gone down the drain while fares have only crept up. Post COVID almost every train service has been trashed and the passengers been taken for granted...
