Coz both of dem are made for different things, you know? RapidX is like a local train dat runs for like 1-1.5 hours tops. It don't need no pantry or much space to stand, and the tracks are like straight and separate from other stuff, so it don't need all those safety features and fancy acceleration and deceleration stuff. The platforms are short and the trains are shorter too. The whole system and signals are different from the regular IR system...

Each train is made for its own specific purpose, you feel me? VB can probably compete with other Siemens and Talgo trains in the semi-high speed category.

But this train here is gonna be in the local commuter train competition section...
