"I don't think you are understanding my context, places like nandyal or Kurnool needs a connectivity to new capital and we are relying on existing pit line places like Guntur or MTM to run new trains. They are least bothered to start trains from krnt/ndl and at the same time division HQs line Guntur/Kachiguda are least bothered to allot pit lines.
