I Hope TC means Ticket Collector.
If i'm correct at guessing, then it will be really tough to say YES/NO from here.
U can get an On-train view at the spot only.
However , as this is an E-Ticket, it will be automatically Cancelled and you wont be able to use this ticket.

Sorry Sir but there is no chance for CNF from TC.
This is WL E-ticket after charting so it is invalid as per rules so you can not travel and you will get refund of this ticket after deducted Rs. 40 from ticket amount in your debit Account after Automatically Cancellation...
