Sir,in morning and evening cdg has direct connectivity with ndls with 3 shatabdi,1 vb and 1 Jan shatabdi.
Instead of de- boarding at ambala cantt,people of cdg most of the times prefer to catch volvo buses of Haryana/punjab and Himachal roadways and hvac buses of CTU and now newly introduced by haryana roadways and service is available for 24 hours.
Also except Himachal roadways volvo, all others roadways buses de board passenger at ISBT sector 17 which is heart of cdg and these buses also deboard at tribune chowk,piccadilly,labour,gurudwara,kisan bhawan chowk which make...

For Ndls-Svdk vb,I get data of umb/Ldh by clicking at each and every seat.
Most of the times,seats are shown as grey and we think it is booked from end to end(Ndls-Svdk) but many times it is booked as:
Ndls-umb-occupied
Umb-svdk-occupied.

Sir, this you need to explain IR and NR who created a norm decades ago to give UMB a halt in the name of CDG. I am aware of all the facts you stated that nobody from CDG boards trains at UMB to get to NDLS as I myself have to travel between Delhi and Chandigarh every fortnight. Forget about Buses, i avoid even trains and prefer own vehicle for end to end hassle free connectivity due to good roads. There are thousands like me who don't use public transport between Delhi and Chandigarh despite good options. So there is no point anyone going to UMB to catch a Delhi bound train.
Yes, cdg wale now a days dont board/deboard at umb and for facility of cdg, many trains has been diverted to cdg like Agc-hsx exp,Tata mori,Dehradun exp and hemkund exp.
