TRying to book ticket form CNB to Bhuvneshwar showing me Dynamic fare but not from Delhi.
If I book from Delhi and board from CNB, ticket is cheaper 200 INR.
AM i missing something here?

No.. you are not doing anything wrong.. Dynamic fares are not applicable if less than 10% seats are sold.
