best thing is i want to start by 26th night ,and to reach tpty at morning early..i have to report branch..by 12pm..

If you Ok with bus, Take Bus from Villupuram to Vellore/katpadi. From katpadi you take a Train to Tirupati. Bus is available from Villupuram to Vellore every 30 minute. Its take 3hrs to Reach Vellore from Villupuram

better go with bus via vellore. plenty of buses available. 6 hrs journey time, but be selective in catching a good bus in straight route.
