My feeling is that either 16C could be a spare rake under any zone or it can be for commercial run btw ADI MMCT since MMCT GNC has been hitting the rails with excellent occupancy since the beginning..... this is my assumption.... and regarding the 8C, possible for LKO DDN VB since I've seen that it might start before or during Diwali.....
