Lol, special train being run by ECR using a un-reserved special's rake that is being provided by SR...

ECR even don't want to provide their rakes. It's just disgusting from their side. Thanks to SR for sending the rakes.
None of the zones stock up their rake, get your logic right. All the rakes used by any zone are the rakes provided by Railway Board which are idle at any given station. Be it of Patna, be it of NR.
No, no it is a wrong take from you. See rakes are not inherent properties of any particular zone, they are always circulating. I was actually admiring ECR's desicion here, rather than waste in the rake in DHN depot, they are actually using it to run a special here. It is good decision & I welcome it, giving ECR's general apathy towards DHN!
