One person died and several others injured in a stampede at Surat railway station yesterday. For railways and government and for everybody else the number might be ignorable, just 1 death but can we imagine the situation of the victim's family, to celebrate Diwali together their family must be waiting for him and what a tragedy they can only wait for his dead body now. Well, we can blame people for the stampede, we can blame railways, we can blame RPF, we can blame government, we can blame each and everything, but, WHEN THE HELL A SOLUTION IS GOING TO COME FOR ALL THE PROBLEMS THIS COUNTRY IS FACING ? WE CAN NEVER FIND ANY SOLUTION UNTIL WE ACTUALLY FIND THE REAL PROBLEM OF THIS COUNTRY. Since ages we are only trying to fix the patches, only blame games, left wing vs right wing, ruling vs opposition, etc vs etc, but...
more... no government or we people as individuals are concerned about the biggest and root problem for all other problems this country is facing..which is "OVER POPULATION" BREEDING LIKE RATS. Its a shame we people and our governments are not able to look at this even now. Its not poverty, its not climate change, its not migration, its not the infrastructure, its not the government, its not the unemployment, its not the education, the root of all these problems is OVER POPULATION. We can never fix any of these branch problems without taking an action on the very root of all these problems. No matter how much budget is spent on infrastructure, how many government job openings are released, how many new trains are brought on tracks, how much is spent on welfare schemes, no matter how much is spent on any of these problems, it will only be a number game with almost zero or negligible impact on ground level reality IF NO STRICT MEASURES ARE TAKEN ON BIRTH CONTROL. We are no longer in millions crossed a billion long ago. This needs to be addressed on priority, but i dont think its going to happen anywhere in near future, unless the problem comes on to the throat.

We've been patching things up for ages, playing the blame game, left wing vs right wing, ruling vs opposition, etc vs etc. But no government or us as individuals actually care about the biggest problem, which is "OVER POPULATION" breeding like damn rats. It's shameful that we and our governments still haven't seen this. It's not poverty, or climate change, or migration, or infrastructure, or government, or unemployment, or education. The root of all these problems is OVER POPULATION. We can't fix any of these issues without tackling the root cause. No matter how much cash is thrown at infrastructure, or how many govt jobs are created, or how many new trains are put in service, or how much is spent on welfare, it's all just a numbers game. It won't make a real impact unless we get serious about birth control. We ain't in the millions anymore, we crossed a billion a long time ago. It's high time we prioritize this, but I doubt it's gonna happen anytime soon unless it becomes a crisis.
