If railway runs festival specials every years during CHATH-DEWALI... Then why they introduced that trains only before 2-3 days before the departure and sometimes on the same day too... Why they don't notify this and add these all trains on irctc before 2-3 months so that's passengers book their seats comfertably.... Abhi toh passenger ke pass detail hi nhi hoti ki kon kon train new mili hai and trains khali chle jtai hai.... Agr resource ko use hi krna hai toh pura planning se krna chaye jisse trains v packed ho and paseenger v hassle free rhe ki seat book hai... Pathetic systm bn jata hai hr festival season😞😞
