As of now after inauguration of 9 new vande bharat train on 24 sept. 10 vande bharat express rake is already dispatched from icf(two rake is of 16 coach).

Reverse VB chances are very less... It will directly impact the ongoing running VB occupancy.... So railway will may not take risk... And second reason is that afternoon departure from NDLS will affect the occupancy of both TEJAS n CNB SHATABDI... So there is very les chances of reverse VB
