Just read on the 12951/2 Mumbai Rajdhani forums page, that the train has been converted into a 21 rake train. As 12951/2 shares the rakes with August Kranti, will not the august Kranti also become a 21 rake train? Administrators Please guide.

ur info is wrong . its the other way round .the rake which comes to mumbai as 12954 goes as 12951 on the same day and 12952 departs as 12953 afaik . this arrangement is not always and can be temporarily curtailed .
