That list you shared was actually first put up on IRI by myself only. This was obtained last year through RTI by my friend.
The first page of the list also states 12741/42 too for LHB conversion but just see what SWR did with it in this month. First they issued PR for LHB conversion then cancelled it.
Same thing can happen with 17309/10 too.

1st THING the list shared by me only say's the recently rolled out stock from Coach factory, u r not getting the point
we cant trust SWR untile the train gets LHB we all know how many times the GOA express LHB got postponed. as u told in the same year Vasco Patna was also proposed along Vasco YPR they postponed it simply until the train gets LHB we cant blindly trust SWR Vasco CDO,UBL division
