❇️Scope of Works:
▪️Extension of Platform No. 10/11 by 382m along with yard remodelling including construction of service buildings. (Existing Length – 298 mtr and proposed length 680 mtr).
▪️Extension of Platform no 12,13,14 by 305 mtr (Existing PF length – 385 mtr, Proposed platform length – 690 mtr).
▪️Removal of 61 old OHE masts & portals and its relocation.
▪️Removal of 71 old signalling and telecommunication obstructions in the form of Signal posts Junction Box and its relocation.
▪️Dismantling of 9 old obstructions in the form of dry pit lines and washing pit lines & stabling sidings.
▪️Dismantling of 25 Turnouts+3 track Diamond arrangement and Insertion of 14 track turnouts
▪️Dismantling and linking of plain track 2 Km length.
❇️Completed works:
▪️Dismantling of Carnac Bunder ROB (Road Over Bridge) completed.
▪️Construction of RRI (Route Relay Interlocking) building (G+3) having 34mtr x8.5mtr size completed.
▪️Substation building (25x5.5m) Completed.
▪️Object Controller Rooms at CSMT and Masjid Completed.
▪️Laying and linking of track to a length of 2 km of platforms connecting to existing lines has been completed.
🟥Completion od this work will improve mobility of trains in CSMT-Dadar area.
CSMT station-
Extension of platform Nos 10,11,12 & 13,14 at CSMT for dealing 24 coach length trains.
