I have a "Blank Paper Ticket" from NDLS to HWH reservation up to PURI on 12802 Purushottam Exp. Do you have any idea is it consider for #upgradation ??

Both will be different PNR.
1st Ticket's PNR number is printed as T Authority column in 2nd Ticket. 2nd Ticket is not valid without original 1st Ticket as written there in print.
PNRs can be WL or RAC. But in my case both PNR have CNF seat.
